ECO 2000 CLIP FIX THRESHOLD 
Suitable for Inward Opening Doors Only.
ECO 2000 - Designed to be fitted by door set manufacturers. It enables a four sided door frame to be supplied at “first fix” stage, and the threshold to be fitted at a later stage. There is no need for a sub sill to be used. This product is designed for use with level thresholds.
Application.
Designed to be used in new housing, the ECO 2000 threshold meets the requirements for amendments to Part M of the building regulations, providing the complete solution.
Easy Access.
Its hi-tech, ergonomic design, allows the ECO 2000 to provide easy access for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. All surfaces are non-slip for safe access in wet conditions.
Weatherproofing Performance.
The ECO 2000 is a high performance product, effective in all types of weather. Driving rain that may penetrate the door seals is collected and drained outside. The robust ‘Rio’ blade centre seal easily withstands heavy traffic.
The front seal is a press-in ‘Q-Lon’ 63 compatible with most frame seals and easily compressible for low closing force.
All drainage holes are offset and well protected from driving wind and rain.
Easy to Fit.
The door frame will be supplied with the PVCu clip sill pre fitted. The ECO 2000 threshold is simply clipped into this sill and hermetically sealed with mastic. No screws are required for fixing the threshold.

The ECO 2000 threshold has been designed to last, its heavy duty aluminium construction will provide years of trouble free use
Thermal Break.
The ECO 2000 is thermally broken to meet thermal bridging and insulation requirements.
Suitability.
The ECO 2000 is suitable for use with inward opening doors. It is adaptable to suit all types of floor covering. There is accommodation for a carpet and underlay to be fitted right up to the entrance.
The 19.5mm rear upstand which accommodates the carpet, has a small retainer which will allow for an internal transition ramp to be clipped in position if tiles or other low level flooring is the preferred choice.
High security.
Extruded Locking Keep available to accommodate slide in bolt.
